Welcome to Snouts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of snouts.us
(the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order,
you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
Snouts ("we," "us," "our") sells made-to-order apparel and accessories for dog lovers.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site with the involvement of a parent
or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products, pricing & availability
All products are made to order. Product images are representative; slight variations in
color, placement, or fit can occur, as each item is produced individually. We work hard
to keep pricing and product details accurate, but we may correct errors and update
prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. If we cancel an order
because of a pricing or availability error, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any
order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or an obvious error). Payment is
processed securely at checkout through Shopify; we don't store your full payment details.
Because items are made to order, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled once
production has begun.

5. Shipping & returns
Shipping timeframes and our return policy are described in our Shipping Policy and
Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, text, and content on the Site are owned by Snouts or our
licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce,
or resell our designs or content without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation,
or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

8. Third-party services
We rely on trusted third parties to run our business — including Shopify (our store and
checkout platform) and our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, who produce and ship
your order. Your use of the Site may also be subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers
The Site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law,
we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snouts will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in
question.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site is the
current one, and your continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.
